    Description Expanding Coral Gables firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 1+ year of experience to join its thriving real estate team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions across all sides of real estate deals — representing first-time and international investors, experienced property owners, developers, borrowers, lenders, and servicers. You’ll handle a wide range of projects across multiple industries, including: Managing complex commercial real estate transactions Review due diligence materials including title, survey, and organizational documents Drafting and negotiating leases and contracts Coordinating all aspects of closings Advising clients on development deals and financing structures Enjoy a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), mentorship, low billable hour requirements, and genuine work-life balance with a highly respected team.
