Position Summary:
As a Senior Analyst on the Supplier Performance Management team, you are responsible for promoting the Enterprise Supplier Performance Review (ESPR) program, which surveys internal colleagues on their experiences with vendors and provides insights for improving vendor performance. This role will allow you to be an influential and trusted project manager, skilled with the ability to develop strategic relationships while implementing effective, scalable, and measurable vendor management programs that meet the requirements of our stakeholders. Generating engagement for the ESPR program, communicating effectively, and reporting results will be the most important functions of the role.
You will accomplish this by:
+ Relentlessly engaging with vendor stakeholders to sell the benefits of the ESPR program.
+ Presenting to groups of vendor stakeholders throughout the Enterprise about how the ESPR program can deliver improved supplier performance.
+ Demonstrating knowledge of various concepts, procedures, and compliance requirements around vendor management.
+ Managing projects using data-driven insights, combined with an ability to effectively articulate points of view, both orally and in writing.
In this role, you will be an integral member of the Supplier Performance Management team. This team is part of Enterprise Procurement within Finance Shared Services. The contributions you will make as a Senior Analyst will reflect your strong business background. You will be seen as an impactful communicator who is able to establish lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience working in procurement, sales, business development, marketing, or related roles for a top healthcare, finance, retail, or consulting organization.

Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
