    Summary

    Chenega Corporation is looking for a dedicated and skilled **Security Generalist III** to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

     

    This position is contingent upon contract award and not currently funded.

    Responsibilities

    What You'll Get To Do:

    + Conduct monthly travel both OCONUS and CONUS to perform routine preventive maintenance on physical DoD compliant security locks.

    + Integrate security locks with local access control and badging systems.

    + Ensure all security measures are up to date and compliant with DoD standards.

    + Collaborate with local teams to maintain and enhance security protocols.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in any security or law enforcement field.

    + 3-5 years’ experience in the security field or military for general security planning and execution functions and with Locksmith experience for DoD GSA high security locks and hardware.

    + Certified in a GSA compliant locksmith course.

    + Active Secret security clearance.

    + Experience with DoD compliant security locks and access control systems

    + Willingness to travel monthly both OCONUS and CONUS.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

    + Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.

    + Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
