Commercial Attorney Portland, TN Description Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. is currently looking for a Commercial Counsel. As Commercial Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal support and expertise in contract negotiations, review, and drafting. If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented attorney with contract law experience, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to commercial, procurement, vendor and nondisclosure agreements. Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies. Provide legal guidance to internal teams. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and contract-related issues. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active or ability to otherwise qualify for good-standing Bar membership in TN. Proven experience in contract law, including contract drafting and negotiation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
