    Position Overview

    Responsible for operating the shear machine.

    Essential Duties:

    + Oversee the shearing process which enhances the carpet’s finish

    + Monitor the lint house for proper operation

    + Monitor #1 & #2 accumulators and carpet guides

    Work Shift

    8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
