Performance Expectation

* The Graduate Nurse, under the supervision of a preceptor or charge nurse, is responsible to meet the complete nursing needs of assigned patients utilizing the nursing process and following medical orders

* The Graduate Nurse is responsible to perform in accordance to the New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act, CMS guidelines, the Patient/Resident Bill of Rights and the applicable governing body standards of care

* Temporary Graduate License to be replaced with an RN nursing license within 120 days of being issued the temporary license

* To follow all performance expectations of the RN job description of the assigned unit under the supervision of a preceptor or charge nurse.
