Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team in Houston, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage a docket, handle all aspects of civil litigation, and contribute to resolving complex legal disputes. Responsibilities:

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents to support litigation cases.

• Conduct depositions and represent clients effectively during hearings and trials.

• Provide thorough legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients and attorneys.

• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and case updates.

• Handle daily court proceedings, motions practice, filings, and ongoing casework.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Take ownership of assigned cases and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent results.

• Research and interpret legal precedents and statutes to support case arguments.

• Manage case-related documentation using case management and document management software. Requirements • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation.

• Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.

• Proven ability to handle court proceedings, filings, and motions independently.

• Positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for trial work.

• Skilled in using case management and legal software tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
