We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team in an in-house capacity. Key Responsibilities:

As our Real Estate Attorney, you will play an essential role in ensuring our company’s legal compliance, managing risks, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents, with a focus on commercial debt agreements and business organizational documents.

+ Corporate Governance: Advising on corporate governance policies and ensuring compliance across all departments.

+ Risk Management: Identifying and managing legal risks while providing strategic guidance on key business initiatives.

+ Collaboration with Outside Counsel: Acting as a liaison with external legal advisors when specialized expertise is required.

+ Employment Law Support: Partnering with HR and operations to provide guidance on employment law matters and policies.

+ Regulatory Compliance: Staying up to date on laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-departmental teams to implement effective policies, processes, and practices.

+ Corporate Transactions: Providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as needed.

+ Real Estate Transactions and Financing: Handle land acquisitions, financing negotiations and documentation, title and survey, manage closing processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.

+ Proven experience in real estate law, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and related legal matters.

+ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
