    Description

    We are currently partnering with a client local to the San Fernando Valley seeking to fill an available Billing Clerk role within their organization. This opportunity is fully remote, PART-TIME - 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have previous food manufacturing experience and experience working with NetSuite. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that billing operations run smoothly and efficiently.     Other responsibilities include:

    + Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.

    + Use NetSuite ERP software to maintain financial records and process billing transactions.

    + Manage reconciliation of accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation for invoicing.

    + Communicate with clients regarding billing issues or inquiries.

    + Support month-end and year-end close procedures as needed.

    + Assist with ad hoc projects or audits related to billing and accounts receivable.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred

    + Proven experience as a billing clerk in the food manufacturing industry is REQUIRED

    + NetSuite experience is REQUIRED.

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with billing software a plus

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
