• Software Quality Assurance Lead

    Robert Half Technology (Lubbock, TX)


    Description Required Skills & Abilities:

    Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

     

    Proficiency in test automation tools, preferably Playwright.

     

    Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

     

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

     

    Experience in the edtech sector is a plus.

     

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.

     

    Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

     

    Knowledge of performance and security testing.

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

     

    Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

     

    Experience in a .NET, React tech stack environment

     

    Certification in software quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) preferred. Requirements Automation Frameworks, Automation Test, Selenium Automation Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
