• Accounting Manager/Supervisor

    Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to become an integral part of our team in Seabrook, New Hampshire, 03874, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring data integrity, and creating comprehensive financial reports. This provides an opportunity to streamline our processes and enhance our systems, contributing significantly to our organization's growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the complete financial month-end closing process

    • Maintain the integrity of data within our accounting systems

    • Generate and present financial reports as required

    • Supervise and manage the creation and posting of journal entries

    • Regularly review and update the general ledger system

    • Utilize NetSuite or other robust ERP systems to facilitate accounting tasks

    • Develop and implement improved accounting procedures and systems.

    • Create and analyze monthly financial statements. Requirements • Applicants should hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting managerial or supervisory role.

    • Proficiency in managing month-end close processes is a mandatory requirement.

    • Experience with creating and maintaining journal entries is essential.

    • Ability to prepare and analyze monthly financial statements is required.

    • The candidate must demonstrate strong skills in financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely results.

    • Extensive experience with general ledger functions is necessary.

    • Knowledge and experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software is a prerequisite for this role.
