    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will evaluate and document current HR workflows, while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in compliance, employee relations, and HR process optimization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and document existing human resources workflows to ensure operational efficiency.

    • Propose and implement improvements to enhance HR processes and streamline operations.

    • Collaborate with management to refine hiring practices and onboarding procedures.

    • Ensure all HR activities align with relevant compliance requirements and organizational policies.

    • Communicate effectively across teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

    • Support the organization in leveraging Human Capital Management (HCM) systems for optimal performance.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on process improvement.

    • Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

    • Expertise in benefit administration and compliance.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Familiarity with hiring processes and onboarding best practices.

    • Solid understanding of HR compliance regulations and policies.
