Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This Contract to permanent position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual skilled in identifying top talent and managing the recruitment process effectively. The ideal candidate will bring innovative sourcing strategies to attract specialized candidates in technical and sales roles.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to source and engage with candidates.

• Create and manage job postings while utilizing Boolean search techniques to identify individuals with relevant experience.

• Develop and execute targeted job board campaigns tailored to attract niche talent pools.

• Conduct passive sourcing to fill technical engineering and specialized sales positions.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems and CRMs to manage candidate pipelines effectively.

• Perform background checks and other pre-employment screenings as part of the hiring workflow.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing techniques. Requirements • Proven experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and CareerBuilder.

• Strong knowledge of Boolean search methods and job board optimization.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRMs.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in niche recruiting for technical and sales roles.

• Proficiency in conducting background checks and other hiring procedures.
