We are looking for a skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to oversee payroll operations and manage employee benefits fora Brookfield, Wisconsin are organization. This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail who can ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processing while supporting benefits administration. Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including 401k or RRSP administration, and resolve any related inquiries.
• Audit payroll and benefits data regularly to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Utilize Paycom or similar systems to streamline payroll and benefits workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions in a thorough and courteous manner.
• Implement improvements to payroll and benefits procedures for greater efficiency.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting payroll and benefits, adapting processes accordingly.
Requirements
• Proven experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
• Familiarity with Paycom or similar payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of 401k or RRSP administration processes.
• Ability to conduct audits and ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Effective communication skills to address employee questions and collaborate with teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to solve complex issues efficiently.
