Arnot Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Erwin Primary Care. In this vital role, you’ll help deliver high-quality outpatient care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to improving the health of our community.

Sign-On Bonus Available — Up to $12,500!

What You'll Do:

+ Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider.

+ Collect and document patient health information, including vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists.

+ Assist with patient education, helping individuals manage their health with self-care strategies.

+ Support office procedures such as phlebotomy, EKGs, pulmonary screenings, dermatologic procedures, ear lavages, and more.

+ Administer oral, intramuscular, and subcutaneous medications, as well as nebulizer treatments and immunizations.

+ Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, and pre-authorizations.

+ Participate in care team activities, performance improvement initiatives, and continuing education.

+ Ensure that infection control procedures and patient safety measures are consistently followed.

What We're Looking For:

+ Graduate of an approved LPN program.

+ Current New York State or Pennsylvania LPN licensure (required).

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).

+ Prior outpatient, family practice, or clinical nursing experience (preferred).

+ Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

+ Strong commitment to quality, patient-centered care.

Physical Demands:

+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting throughout the day.

+ Active engagement with patients and clinical tasks.

Exposure Category:

+ Category I: Regular exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissues; adherence to universal precautions and safety procedures is required.
