Description

A dynamic private equity firm specializing in industrial and flex real estate investments is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. This role will support legal counsel in managing acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. The firm operates across the Greater Northeast region, managing over 9 million square feet of industrial space.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and maintain closing checklists for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan transactions.

+ Order and review title commitments and coordinate title insurance.

+ Track critical dates and monitor deadlines.

+ Assist with post-closing tasks and prepare closing binders.

+ Draft escrow instructions and conveyance documents.

+ Research municipal compliance requirements.

+ Prepare and file entity formation documents.

+ Draft operating agreements, resolutions, and corporate documentation.

+ Manage due diligence materials and coordinate document execution.

+ Provide administrative support for litigation matters and maintain legal trackers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.

+ Active Pennsylvania notary commission.

+ 3-5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
