Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist II to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role will focus on supporting the global benefits expansion initiatives, including strategy design, implementation, and compliance for employee benefit programs. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integration of benefits across various regions and entities.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the benefits team to design and implement employee benefit programs that align with organizational goals and global market practices.
• Assist in the creation of detailed project plans, cost analyses, and policy documentation to support benefit program rollouts.
• Support the integration of benefits during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with existing programs and compliance with local regulations.
• Partner with internal teams, including HR, payroll, and compliance, to evaluate and implement new benefits proposals.
• Oversee vendor relationships by managing contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring cost-effectiveness for benefit programs.
• Ensure all benefit programs comply with local laws and regulatory requirements while adhering to the company’s benefit philosophy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to track progress on benefit-related workstreams and resolve any implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with external consultants and suppliers to deliver high-quality benefit solutions.
• Monitor the financial impact and funding requirements of benefit programs, providing recommendations for future improvements.
• Document and standardize processes to ensure a smooth transition to regional teams for ongoing benefit administration.
Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on employee benefits design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks related to employee benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance metrics.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and oversee detailed plans.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes, particularly in relation to benefit integration.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct cost analyses and evaluate the financial impact of benefit programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. TalentMatch®
