    Job Type: Long-Term Contract

    Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated .NET Developer to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity. This role will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in .NET technologies and thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET-based applications, services, and APIs.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    + Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.

    + Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

    + Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

    + Participate in system and integration testing efforts.

    + Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and solutions.

    + Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements where appropriate.

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Experience:

    + 4+ years of professional experience developing with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).

    + Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

    + Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases (writing queries, stored procedures, etc.).

    + Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

    + Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    + Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.

    + Knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions) is a plus.

    + Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a bonus.

    + Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

    Work Model:

    + Hybrid schedule (2-3 days on-site in Charlotte, NC; remainder remote)

    Contract Type:

    + Long-Term Contract (12+ months with extension potential)
