    Key Responsibilities

    + Process and review invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and efficiency

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and company processes for all accounts payable activities

    + Assist with both internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

    + Maintain accurate records and support month-end and year-end close processes

    + Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment-related inquiries

    + Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function

    + Stay up to date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Education: Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field

    + Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable or a related finance role

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
