Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Ontario, California. In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable Manager and play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounts payable processes, and proficiency in using Excel for reporting and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices using the 3-way match process to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Investigate discrepancies in invoices and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.

• Perform data entry and coding of invoices with precision and attention to detail.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.

• Generate basic reports to assist in financial analysis and decision-making.

• Ensure proper handling and timely payment of invoices to vendors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

• Uphold company policies and procedures related to accounts payable processes. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.

• Familiarity with the 3-way match process for invoice verification is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to investigate discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors.

• Experience in generating basic reports for financial purposes.

• Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and best practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively and support the Accounts Payable Manager.
