Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Bergen County, New Jersey. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work on-site Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for large-scale recycling programs, ensuring timely pickups and smooth operations.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer service, handling dispatching, account management, and reporting.

• Reconcile data, invoices, and reports using Excel and proprietary software to maintain accuracy.

• Prepare and submit monthly account reports, adhering to strict deadlines.

• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies by issuing debit or credit memos as necessary.

• Review and validate monthly invoices and data to ensure error-free reporting.

• Maintain detailed spreadsheets to track account details, reporting metrics, and system access.

• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to optimize processes and meet client needs.

Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.

• Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is highly desirable.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and logistics.
