Robert Half has partnered with a well-respected law firm in the Metro Denver area. They are growing and looking for a successful trial litigation attorney who has experience in the field of commercial litigation, with a focus on business disputes, construction, and real estate. This is an exciting chance to be part of their dynamic team. This role calls for an individual who can handle an independent case load and work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation cases independently, ensuring efficient and successful resolution.

• Engage in all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial discovery phase through to trial.

• Oversee construction, real estate, and business dispute cases, providing expert legal advice and representation.

• Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating on complex cases.

• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of Construction Law, Business & Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law.

• Manage various phases of discovery, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and analyzed.

• Conduct motions’ practice, preparing and presenting legal arguments.

• Take on first chair responsibilities, leading the trial process and representing clients in court.

Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong expertise in Construction Law.

• Proven experience in Litigation.

• Familiarity with Construction Defect cases.

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate practice is required.

• Knowledge of Real Estate Law is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Business & Commercial Law is necessary.
