    Seeking a Corporate Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a key member of our legal team, you will be heavily involved in dealing with complex corporate litigation cases and working on high profile, cutting-edge matters.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts

    • Craft comprehensive and precise legal documents such as complaints, answers, and motions

    • Manage discovery requests and responses efficiently

    • Utilize strong writing skills to draft briefs and other litigation-related documents

    • Court of Chancery experience preferred

    • Maintain a high level of detail-oriented conduct and adhere to court protocols

    • Actively participate in court proceedings and represent clients effectively

    Requirements

    • Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    • Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.

    • Proficiency in handling Business Litigation is necessary.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrable ability to conduct thorough legal research.

    • Demonstrable ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and disputes.
