    Title: IT Support Specialist (Help Desk | Tier 1 & 2)

    Overview:

    We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for end-users in a dynamic IT environment. If you enjoy troubleshooting and delivering excellent service, this is your opportunity!

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, chat, and in-person.

    + Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.

    + Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory.

    + Track and resolve tickets using ServiceNow (or equivalent systems).

    + Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.

    Requirements

    Required Skills:

    + 1–3 years’ experience in a Help Desk/IT Support role.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network basics.

    + Familiarity with Active Directory, basic TCP/IP networking.

    + Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

    Preferred:

    + Certifications: A+, Network+ a plus.

    + Experience supporting remote users or hybrid workforces.

     

    Work Model: Hybrid or On-Site (depending on project/client)

    Contract Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
