    Description We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR detail oriented for a contract 12-week assignment to support an organization during an upcoming leave. The ideal candidate will assist in key HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement, while demonstrating flexibility in tackling additional tasks as assigned.

     

    Primary Responsibilities: Manage recruiting and hiring for hourly positions to meet staffing needs effectively. Conduct and facilitate orientation sessions to ensure new employees are onboarded successfully. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job postings. Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to select the best fit for open roles. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws throughout the hiring process. Provide general HR support and execute other administrative tasks as assigned. Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and with a high degree of professionalism in a contract capacity. Familiarity with orientation processes for hourly employees preferred. Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required based on experience. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR or recruiting role (preferably in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment). TalentMatch®
