Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Midland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial records and processes, with expertise in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Manage payroll functions, including calculations, adjustments, and compliance with regulations.

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Utilize QuickBooks to track, organize, and report financial data effectively.

• Prepare and review financial reports, including month-end close activities.

• Handle tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and maintain efficiency.

• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records as needed.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

• Experience with bank and account reconciliations.

• Ability to manage month-end close activities independently.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance processes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
