Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Walton, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in preparing, analyzing, and submitting financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Working closely with leadership, you will provide actionable insights through detailed analysis, ensuring effective decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with leadership.

• Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, and prepare clear and concise reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Partner with department heads and central FP& A teams to establish and review key metrics, goals, and business reviews.

• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Create and manage dashboards and reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.

• Perform operational cost performance analysis and prepare detailed reporting packages for management meetings.

• Support inventory analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.

• Conduct financial modeling to evaluate the impact of financial transactions and business strategies.

• Analyze internal financial data and external economic conditions to assess their influence on business operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting, reporting systems, and financial processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and other Office products.

• Strong background in manufacturing finance, including budgeting and expense analysis.

• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Power Query, and Power BI.

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and identify data-driven solutions.
