Our small, close-knit firm is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Tax Accountant to join us! You'll work directly with experienced CPAs, gain hands-on experience, and build strong relationships with clients — not just push paper.

    What You'll Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

    + CPA license or active CPA candidate (preferred, but not required)

    + 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning for businesses and individuals

    + Comfortable using UltraTax, QuickBooks®, and Microsoft Office

    + Experience working in a paperless environment (we're all digital!)

    + High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to juggle multiple projects with a positive attitude

    + A knack for problem-solving and a solid foundation in math

    What You'll Do:

    + Prepare individual and business income tax returns

    + Assist with tax planning and projections for a variety of clients

    + Work closely with team members and clients, gaining real-world experience beyond just compliance

    + Help shape better processes as we grow and improve together
