Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Coordinator to handle invoice and contract management within NetSuite and media management systems. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in ensuring operational accuracy and consistency, particularly in financial data processes. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term engagement based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client invoices and contracts, ensuring media investments are accurately tagged and reflected in NetSuite.

• Collaborate with the media team to verify vendor media investments and update invoice line items accordingly.

• Validate invoices in NetSuite against media systems, ensuring all financial data aligns with contracts.

• Process vendor invoices by routing them to the correct vendors and reconciling transactions against credits.

• Set up new clients and vendors in NetSuite as required.

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks with a high level of precision.

• Correct trade costs for Digital and Out-of-Home invoices to ensure accurate reporting.

• Review and clear client invoices from the NetSuite staging area to maintain system integrity.

• Ensure all transactions comply with internal financial protocols and standards. Requirements • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly in invoice management and contract processing.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Familiarity with accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of media or advertising industry finance systems is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar tools.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
