The firm is seeking a highly qualified Products Liability Defense Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in complex products liability litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

+ Defend products liability cases, including discovery, motions, and trial prep.

+ Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.

+ Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.

+ Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships.

+ Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.

Qualifications:

+ J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

+ 3-5 years of products liability defense or related litigation experience.

+ Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage complex cases and work independently.
