Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who can oversee high-volume accounts payable operations with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial processes and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage high-volume accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

• Oversee account coding and ensure proper categorization of expenditures.

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to streamline financial operations.

• Perform audits to ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

• Monitor accrual accounting activities and maintain accurate records.

• Facilitate automated clearing house (ACH) payments and other electronic transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

• Manage data processing tasks related to accounts payable functions.

• Provide oversight and guidance on financial services tools such as ADP and Concur.

• Support the implementation and optimization of accounting software systems. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.

• Proficiency in account coding and familiarity with accrual accounting practices.

• Strong skills in data processing and auditing.

• Experience with automated clearing house (ACH) payments and electronic transactions.

• Working knowledge of ADP and Concur systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems; experience with Great Plains is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
