    Position Summary

    Responsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families.Responsible for rooming patients; taking vital signs; asking/entering screenings, Point of Care Testing, Vaccines, assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient.

     

    This position may support three practices: RUSH Pediatrics Aurora, RUSH Pediatrics Aurora Ridge, and RUSH Pediatrics & Family Medicine - Oswego. This position is for 20 hours a week - 2 to 3 shifts per week. Schedules are published monthly. The shifts hours vary but may be 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 7:45-5:15 or 7:45-7:15 and 1 Satruday per month 7:45-12:15.

    Position Requirements:

    + CMA or RMA Certification (Must be a Certified MA or a Registered MA)

    + **Certified in CPR**

    + **Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic).**

    + **Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful.**

    + **Excellent oral/written communication skills**

    + **Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented**

    + **Flexible; able to adapt to change**

    + **Bilingual Spanish Strongly Preferred**
