Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for the Fort Lauderdale area. Candidates must possess acurrent and active D License. We have openings for both1st and 3rd shifts. Applicants must be reliable, highly motivated, and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.Candidates must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.

The schedule for the1st shift is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM.The schedule for the3rd shift is Monday through Saturday, during the overnight hours.

Experience is a must. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Requirements:

+ Current Florida Unarmed Security D License

+ 21 years old with aValid Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR)

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Professional appearance

+ Must be able to work 1st & 3 shifts

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Patrols of property

+ Gatehouse access

+ Drop off line patrol

+ Fast-paced environment

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
