Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in the OTC team, you will take on a leadership role within the assigned OTC department, leveraging expertise in key operational areas such as AR/AP/FP&A/Accounting. You will work with minimal supervision to develop business metrics, lead high-visibility initiatives, and drive operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical, program management, and change management skills to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

+ Lead efforts to meet or exceed defined KPIs for the OTC department.

+ Define, assess, and track business and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with objectives.

+ Drive business case development, challenge assumptions, and provide insights on performance trends.

+ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Identify and implement opportunities for improved cash flow, margin optimization, and productivity gains.

+ Manage and resolve operational escalations, performing in-depth root cause analysis and executing long-term solutions.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in OTC operations, with the ability to work independently.

+ Advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to operational challenges.

+ Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities.

+ Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable results.

+ Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

+ 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience (JE, GL, AP, AR).

+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Information systems or additional systems experience is very helpful - SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.

+ Working with large data sets using Alteryx, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, SAP, Oracle.

+ 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, or a related analytical role.

+ 7+ years of experience applying financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.

+ 7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects with quantifiable results.

+ Vendor Management experience working directly with and training offshore vendor partners (Preferred).

+ The work environment is a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
