Job Title: HVAC Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman with over 8 years of HVAC installation experience and more than 4 years of leadership experience. You will lead a small crew of installers and tin knockers on a large-scale industrial installation project for a new semiconductor and solar panel facility. This role requires daily reporting of progress to mechanical superintendents and independent task management to ensure the completion of daily checklists.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and supervise a small crew on a 1,000,000 sq ft project.

+ Report daily progress to mechanical superintendents.

+ Work independently and guide a team to complete daily tasks.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings.

+ Install large box duct work and spiral duct.

+ Install air handlers, air return systems, and dust collection systems.

+ Perform TIG and Stick welding on sheet metal and duct work.

+ Fit and fabricate sheet metal.

Essential Skills

+ 8+ years of HVAC installation experience.

+ 4+ years of leadership experience.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.

+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with duct work and spiral duct installation.

+ TIG welding expertise.

+ Sheet metal fitting and fabrication skills.

Work Environment

Work on a very large 1,000,000 sq ft building, installing duct work and HVAC systems. Adherence to safety standards is paramount, with OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hemlock, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
