    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Sunbury, OH location. Under general guidance, you will engage in planning, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and inventory control of equipment. Your role involves making recommendations to enhance group effectiveness and customer satisfaction. You should have a consistent desire to learn and be skilled in checking your work for completeness and accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

    + Operate and maintain 480V / 3-phase motors and PLC controls.

    + Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and schematic diagrams.

    + Propose improvement projects for processes and production lines.

    + Submit parts and tool requirements into the inventory system.

    + Support the Planner Scheduler position with work assignments and part requirements.

    + Offer constructive suggestions to improve equipment maintenance.

    + Follow policies and procedures consistently throughout the plant.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and schematic interpretation.

    + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Ability to work with 480V / 3-phase motors.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Fanuc robotics and Japanese automotive manufacturing.

    + Skills in welding, fabrication, and CNC mill/lathe operations.

    + Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Commitment to continuous learning and achieving multi-skilled technician status.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
