Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Description

The CDL Driver will be responsible for assisting around the shop and primarily moving products from the facility to surrounding customers. The role involves working at both locations, which are approximately 30 minutes apart. The driver will operate a CDL flatbed, with work typically being all day and rarely requiring overnight travel. Compensation is provided for every hour worked, rather than by the mile.

Responsibilities

+ Assist around the shop as needed.

+ Transport products from the facility to surrounding customers.

+ Operate a CDL flatbed truck.

+ Occasionally travel between two locations for work tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Possession of a CDL A license.

+ 1-2 years of truck driving experience.

+ Experience with flatbed trucks preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Production skills are advantageous; training will be provided.

+ Ability to lift and move products as part of the job duties.

Work Environment

The position is based in a job shop with two locations. The shop is non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability to varying conditions. The role requires working during the day with rare overnight travel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Marietta, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
