    Job Title: Water Transfer Technician $16-18/hr (Weekly Pay)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Water Operator with a minimum of 6 months of experience within the oil and gas industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations.

    + Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.

    + Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, distributing them to appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications.

    + Store and stack materials.

    + Tend to pumps and generators.

    + Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

    + Operate hand and power tools.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor experience in oil and gas, construction, or landscape.

    + Experience as equipment operators or yard workers.

    + Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

    + Must have a valid driver's license.

    + Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    + Detail-oriented due to the necessity of safety.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a team environment.

    + High school graduate or GED equivalent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus.

    + No degree required.

    + Motor vehicle record check is required: no DUI's within the last 5 years, and no more than 3 minor traffic instances within the last year.

    Work Environment

     

    Work outdoors 24/7 with shifts lasting 12-14 hours, including night shifts. Employees must be open to working from 6pm to 6am. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. The position demands physical endurance, as it includes sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials (up to 100 lbs), and repetitive movements.     Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
