Join Our Team as a General Production Worker in Medina, NY!

**Pay** :$18/hr

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

_Job Description_

Become an essential part of our production team! As a General Production Worker, you will:

+ Remove weld spatter and inspect paint coverage

+ Stack shoes onto pallets and fill out part labels

+ Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety standards in the workplace

+ Keep your work area clean at all times

+ Work safely and adhere to all safety rules

+ Operate and learn to operate various machines

+ Load and unload parts into and off machines

+ Use heat codes for bundles of steel

+ Stand continuously for 8-12 hours

+ Lift 25lbs with minimal walking

+ Bend, twist, and lift repetitively

+ Work in tight spaces

+ Demonstrate good hand/eye coordination and motor skills

_Essential Skills_

+ Experience or willingness to learn machine operation

+ Ability to read and write

+ Good communication skills

+ Ability to follow simple instructions

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

_Additional Skills & Qualifications_

+ Ability to work in a repetitive task environment

+ Ability to work with hot steel

+ Good hand/eye coordination and motor skills

_Work Environment_

Our industrial work environment requires ear and eye protection at all times in production areas. You will be exposed to a noisy and hot environment, and safety toe boots are required at all times. Specific department shifts are as follows:

+ Brake Shoe: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm

+ Forge: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm

+ Machining: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
