Job Title: FANS Technician

Job Description

As a FANS Technician at Hillcrest Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized facility. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for servicing, restocking, and providing food services to customers within the cafeteria, working 8+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

+ Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

+ Service and restock cafeteria items efficiently.

+ Provide excellent food services to customers.

+ Work AM or PM shifts between 6:30AM and 9:30PM.

+ Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Essential Skills

+ 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Food Service.

+ Strong leadership abilities.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Preferred experience in Food Service and Handling.

+ Good work history.

+ A team-first mentality with the willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.54 - $14.54/hr.
