Mechanical Assembler

$19-$21/Hour!

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to support our production line in the assembly of ambulance components. You will use basic hand tools and power tools to assist in the assembly of vehicles and utilize a tape measure daily to build different components.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble components of ambulances using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets.

+ Utilize power tools such as power drills for assembly tasks.

+ Measure components accurately using a tape measure to ensure precise assembly.

+ Follow blueprints and schematics as needed.

+ Perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting within the vehicles.

+ Maintain high standards of quality and precision in custom work.

Essential Skills

+ At least 1 year of experience in assembling components on a manufacturing line.

+ At least 1 year of experience reading a tape measure.

+ At least 6+ months of experience utilizing hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and pliers.

+ At least 6+ months of experience using power tools such as power drills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience reading blueprints or schematics.

+ Experience performing electrical wiring within a vehicle.

+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
