    Job Title: Machine Operator $19-23/hour

    Job Description

    We are a manufacturer and distributor of plastics that support the postal, waste, and medical industries. We are looking for machine operators to run equipment that makes plastic bags or film. Night shift openings 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery to produce plastic bags or film

    + Manage the operation of blowing film equipment

    + Learn and perform basic troubleshooting on the machines

    + Shut down machines when necessary

    + Train on forklift operations (no prior experience needed)

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation

    + Ability to handle and operate machinery safely

    + Basic troubleshooting skills

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with forklifts

    + Knowledge of mechanical production

    + Material handling and assembly skills

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools

    + Experience in general labor, machine operating, packaging, and production

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

     

    $1500 sign on bonus, $500 referral bonus, $100 safety reimbursement, $200 safety glasses reimbursement, great culture, catered meals, medical, dental and vision benefits. Annual profit sharing bonus.
