Aerotek is looking to hire several Sheet Metal Installers to work on various commercial construction sites in Selma, TX. **This a Direct Placement position and it pays up to $36 an hour on the 1st shift** . Title: Sheet Metal Installer/ Sheet Metal Mechanic

Pay: $28 - $36 an hour

**Description** : This role involves cutting, bending, shaping sheet metal, and assembling and installing sheet metal ducts.

The ideal candidate will have experience with duct installation and be proficient in using hand tools and power tools to cut openings in walls and floors

Responsibilities

+ Install HVAC systems on commercial construction projects.

+ Hang, cut, bend, shape sheet metal.

+ Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate runs of duct using hand tools and power tools.

+ Assemble and install sheet metal ducts, fittings, and hangers.

+ Join ducts and fittings using screws, bolts, drives, solder, caulk, and weld joints.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
