    Job Title: Warehouse Associate Night Shift

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a neat, organized, and accurate warehouse throughout their shift. The primary objective is to efficiently and safely move products and raw materials between the warehouses and the production floor, ensuring all items remain free from any damage or defects. The Warehouse Associate will also provide backup support to the Shipping and Receiving team, occasionally loading and unloading trucks.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain a neat, organized, and accurate warehouse.

    + Move products and raw materials between the warehouses and the production floor safely.

    + Ensure all products are 100% free from damage, denting, or ripping.

    + Provide backup services to the Shipping and Receiving team.

    + Occasionally load and unload trucks as needed.

    + Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, sit down forklifts, and reach trucks.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to use a barcode scanner.

    + Proficient in the use of a pallet jack.

    + Ability to read, write, and communicate via email and other electronic services.

    + Must be forklift certified to pass forklift training.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Highly organized with a focus on reducing clutter and improving warehouse efficiency.

    + Ability to switch tasks efficiently and follow through on assigned tasks.

    + Initiative to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Flexibility to assist with urgent issues outside the immediate scope of the role.

    + Collaborative and positive approach to working within the department.

    + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neptune, New Jersey.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
