Available Positions:

1.** **Shipping Manager

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

+ **Salary** : $45,000 - $75,000/year (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Oversee shipping operations and ensure timely deliveries.

+ Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes.

+ Manage shipping schedules and staff.

2.** **Assembly Production Manager

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

+ **Salary** : $45,000 - $65,000/year (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Lead and supervise the assembly production team.

+ Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

+ Drive improvements in efficiency and safety.

3.** **Quality Control (QC) Lead - 1st Shift

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

+ **Hourly Rate** : $17 - $19/hr (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Lead quality control processes and inspections.

+ Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

+ Manage QC staff and troubleshoot issues.

4.** **Cutter Operator - 1st Shift

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

+ **Hourly Rate** : $17 - $22/hr (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Operate cutting machines and ensure precise cuts.

+ Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

+ Maintain safety standards and assist with equipment maintenance.

5.** **Folder Operator - 1st Shift

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

+ **Hourly Rate** : $21 - $23/hr (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Operate folding machinery with precision.

+ Ensure consistent output of quality materials.

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.

6.** **Bindery Operator - 1st Shift

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

+ **Hourly Rate** : $26 - $28/hr (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Set up and operate bindery equipment.

+ Ensure the finished product meets customer specifications.

+ Maintain production flow and troubleshoot machinery issues.

7.** **Pressman (Preferably with Litho Experience)

+ **Shift** : 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

+ **Hourly Rate** : $28 - $32/hr (dependent on experience)

+ **Key Responsibilities** :

+ Operate printing presses, with a focus on lithography.

+ Maintain print quality and consistency.

+ Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on presses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
