• 2nd Shift Line Lead

    Hiring for a Line Lead on 2nd Shift! Starting at $21.50/hour with a pay bump once hired on!

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead with Excellence: Supervise and manage a production line for cutting-edge liquid products.

    + Drive Results: Ensure production output meets the established schedule.

    + Quality Champion: Perform sample testing and maintain accurate documentation.

    + Innovate and Improve: Document production and manufacturing processes.

    + Problem Solver: Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment.

    + Hands-On Leader: Set up and operate production machinery.

    + Compliance Expert: Ensure adherence to GMP standards.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Proven Experience: 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience.

    + Detail-Oriented: Experience with quality focus and documentation.

    + Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

    + Technical Proficiency: Experience with mechanical maintenance and machine operation.

    + Troubleshooting Guru: Proficiency in troubleshooting and machine set up.

    + GMP Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP standards.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
