    Job Title: Assembly Worker

    Job Description

    Join our team where you will be responsible for assembling gas burners using hand drills and torque wrenches. This is a fast-paced role where you will build, test, and package gas burners, with each unit typically taking around 25 minutes to complete.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble gas burners using hand drills and torque wrenches.

    + Perform the full process of building, testing, and packaging gas burners.

    + Maintain a fast-paced workflow to complete each burner within 25 minutes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience with assembly line production.

    + Ability to use a tape measure and perform inspections.

    + General mechanical knowledge.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must wear steel-toed boots.

    + Will be provided with safety sleeves and glasses.

    Work Environment

     

    Work alongside 1-2 colleagues in a small building. The team consists of six full-time employees. Standard hours are Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 4 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays for an additional 6-8 hour shift.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
