The Position: Director of Emergency Services

Employment status: Full Time/Exempt

Hours per two-week pay period: 80

Essential Job Functions:

+ Staff scheduling and maintenance of payroll hours for ED and RCAS

+ Supervises, directs, coaches and mentors staff while ensuring quality of care

+ Financial management and oversight of the departments

+ Supervision of RCAS volunteers

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 5 years of ED experience

+ 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Education:

+ A.S. or BSN graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred

Certifications and Licenses:

+ MT nursing license

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Director of Emergency Services to join our I CARE team in the emergency department and EMS setting. Essential duties of the position include scheduling and maintaining payroll hours, supervising and mentoring staff, collaborating with medical staff, and ensuring the highest degree of clinical performance.
