    Software Quality Assurance Leads

    Job Duties

    • Create new technologies and solutions on our ONE-KEY™ Connected Tools Team.

    • Write effective test cases to verify acceptance criteria.

    • Work with Quality Assurance Analysts during Scrum ceremonies.

    • Represent the Quality Assurance team during Product Owner and Quality Assurance sync up meetings to discuss impediments, impact, challenges, and risk to deliver sprint goals.

    • Work with Product Managers to understand customer challenges.

    • Serve as the subject matter expert on Quality Assurance practices to support functional, automation, and regression testing.

    • Review sprint board to provide support to Quality Assurance Analysts.

    • Review and communicate gaps from test cases and automation script executions.

    • Mentor Quality Assurance Analysts on Quality Assurance best practices on functional, regression, and automation testing.

    • Meet with Quality Assurance leadership on mobile and web application related topics.

    • Communicate risk and mitigation plans to Quality Assurance leadership.

    • Complete assigned testing tasks by Quality Assurance Manager within given timeline.

    • Team up with Quality Assurance leadership during the hiring process.

    • Monitor and review team members performance. May manage team members.

    • Identify any training needs to increase May manage team members. Analyst capabilities.

    • Provide quarterly feedback on consultants.

    • Support Quality Assurance Analysts to meet objectives and key results.

     

    Partial weekly work from home on a regular basis.

     

    Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, and 6 years of relevant quality assurance experience as an Engineer or related; **OR** Master’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, and 4 years of relevant quality assurance experience as an Engineer or related.

    Experience must include:

    • Quality Assurance Best Practices in Web and Mobile Testing

    • SDLC, STLC, and Defect Management

    • Mobile testing with BLE interface

    • Testing methodologies

    • JIRA, Zephyr, Jira automation, Confluence, MSQL, JQL, Postman, Report portal, Jenkins, GitHub

    • Agile, SCRUM methodology

    • TLS-Tool Location Services

    • Firebase and Google Analytics
