Compensation Range
Hourly: $23.20 - $35.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support an overall systems and process training strategy for both onboarding and ongoing train. This role will lead classroom and virtual training, as well as collaborate on eLearning and other training content to support overall training objectives.
Essential Functions
+ Responsible for supporting an overall systems and process training strategy for both onboarding and ongoing training.
+ Facilitate both large and small groups in both a classroom or in a virtual environment
+ Design, develop and delivery of systems training to a variety of client-facing and non-client facing roles across Commercial and Small Business Teams.
+ Coordinate with the Commercial Training Team and systems teams on training materials
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
+ Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to large or small group
+ Knowledge of key communication principles and techniques when presenting training materials or improvements of systems
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and nonverbally and in a classroom or webinar setting
+ Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to learn new systems and remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
+ Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
+ 2+ years in training facilitation, instructional design, development, and delivery of training programs within a corporate environment experience required
+ 1+ year experience in financial services, Salesforce or other systems training experience preferred
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.20 to $35.00 per hour.
